Our rental department is looking for a dedicated and experienced team member to join both our Port Talbot and Pencoed branches.

The position we currently have available is;

– Rental negotiator based at our Port Talbot branch.

The applicant will need some experience in the lettings industry, have excellent communication skills, enjoy meeting people, have good attention to detail, and be able to build strong professional relationships.

This role will include one Saturday a month. Package is dependent upon experience.
Full time or part time (3 days a week).

The candidate will require access and use of a car for business purposes and the successful applicant will be expected to study for a Technical Award in Residential Letting and Management.
