John is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chairman of Payton Jewell Caines.

Having established Payton Jewell Caines in 1978, John now assumes overall responsibility for the management and direction of both the sales and rentals business along with professional services.

He is also a keen golfer and proud Grandad!

Catherine is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, National Association of Estate Agents and The Association of Residential Letting Agents. She assumed the role of Managing Director is 2020 and works closely with her father John to manage the day to day running of the business.

Catherine is a Registered Valuer with the RICS and has over 15 years’ experience in valuing residential and commercial property.

Catherine is a keen runner and likes to take on new challenges for charities close to her heart.

Karon has over 20 years’ experience as a residential valuer and sales negotiator and is a respected member of the management team. Qualified NVQ management levels 3 & 4 and has been a member of NAEA for 17 years.

Karon expects and delivers only the best for our clients and will never compromise on service.

Karon lives in Bridgend with her family and a crazy dog called Teddy!

Sian Joined us in 2014 after working in hospitality for 18 years and has worked her way up to become our rentals and accounts manager. Sian is Level 3 ARLA qualified and a member of MARLA.

Sian is a single mum to two boys, enjoys singing at every given opportunity and has a gorgeous and very bouncy sprocker spaniel called Beans.

Claire heads up the PJC Progression team and with over 25 years’ experience in the housing market ensures that all sales progress to completion swiftly. Her knowledge is exceptional and will always go above and beyond to help our clients.

Claire lives in Bridgend with her young family and loves exploring the outdoors.

As a senior valuer Caroline’s favourite thing about her role is Meeting people, seeing their beautiful homes and helping them make their next exciting move.

Caroline joined PJC in 2011 and loves working in our busy Port Talbot branch.

Michelle is a recent addition to our Port Talbot branch and loves working with people and helping them receive the best customer experience.

Rugby is a huge part of Michelle’s life having a daughter, nephew and cousin play for Wales professionally.

Kelly joined PJC in early 2019 after spending two years living in Canada & USA with her partner. Kelly enjoys helping people move and loves building a professional rapport with our clients.

Kelly recently got married and in her spare time you can always find her outdoors, hiking, biking, and snowboarding… she loves adventure!
