Guidelines for valuations during COVID-19
- Vendors will be given the option of virtual valuation which can be completed via video link to our valuer. Our valuer would have previously conducted a drive-by of the property or could even be sat outside the property during this video.
- If the property is vacant our valuer will view internally alone with the appropriate PPE worn. Discussions will take place outside the property thereafter.
- Should you wish to proceed to the market our valuer will discuss the process with you.
- Contracts and paperwork can be completed digitally.
