Sales Progressor

An exciting opportunity for an experienced person with an in depth knowledge of the legal process in buying and selling property to join our Port Talbot team.

Applicants will need to be confident with IT and able to work to targets within a team structure. Salary package will be attractive and include basic, bonus and commission.

Full time position Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. Must possess good presentation and communication skills to provide a good customer service.

Rental Negotiator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join our expanding rental department based at Port Talbot.

The successful applicant will need to have a sound knowledge of the letting market and be equipped to deal with all aspects of the day to day running of a busy department, including carrying out viewings and valuations. Attractive salary to include commission and bonus.
