  • Administration Fee £400 VAT (£480 inc VAT)

  • Administration Fee £450 VAT (£540 inc VAT)

  • Monthly Management charge* 11% VAT (12.6% inc VAT)

PJC Finders only Service:

  • Administration Fee £400 VAT (£480 inc VAT)

  • Inventory (optional but recommended) £80 VAT (£96inc VAT)

Charges during Tenancy:

  • Tenancy renewal fee £60 VAT (£72 inc VAT)

(this will only become due if a new fixed term isrequested after any previous fixed term)

  • Additional property inspections £15 VAT (£18 inc VAT)

(overand above the usual quarterly inspections)

  • Service andpreparation of prescribed notices £50 VAT (£60 inc VAT)

  • Legionella Risk Assessment £70 VAT (£84 inc VAT)

  • Transfer/takeover of management £100 VAT (£120 inc VAT)

  • Fee where Landlords have found own tenants £125 VAT (£150 inc VAT)

This fee covers the preparation of the AST, collection of first months rent and bond

  • Administration charge to contractors 10% VAT (12% inc VAT)

*Min charge of £60 plus VAT applies to monthly management fees
