Neath Branch Now Open

Payton Jewell Caines have opened a fourth branch in Neath.

Opened on Tuesday 1 March, the office is based at 39 Alfred Street, Neath. Directors Catherine Caines and Sara Hawkins will assume responsibility for sales and rentals respectively.

Catherine is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She has also achieved City & Guilds Level 3 DEAPD.

Sara is a Member of ARLA and is accredited under the Landlord Accreditation Wales Scheme now known as Landlord Accreditation Wales. She is currently continuing her study to achieve the highest qualification in the lettings sector
