Payton Jewell Caines have announced the appointment of a new Director who will lead the growing rentals business.
42 year old Sara Hawkins joins the Board of Payton Jewell Caines working alongside Managing Director John Caines and Directors Helen John, Hazel Bradbury, Andrea Wojcikowski and Catherine Caines.
Sara first joined Payton Jewell Caines in 2011 from Bridgend County Borough Council where she was responsible for the management of several public buildings and commercial leases. She has over 16 years experience within Property Management and was previously a Leasehold Officer with Cardiff County Council and Client Liaison Manager forACJ Executive Property Services in Penarth.
Sara is a Member of ARLA and is accredited under the Landlord Accreditation Wales Scheme now known as Landlord Accreditation Wales. She is currently continuing her study to achieve the highest qualification in the lettings sector.
